Hey guys,
I put this out to any who wish
to jump on it I suppose. I was inspired however by Carlos. (Usted
parece tener una mente muy aguda Carlos.) Isn't there an inherently
semantic aspect involved with the choice of --which-- systems and
observables we bring under scrutiny? In fact, if semantics is that which
pertains to meaning (as oppossed to formal manipulation) then it seems to me
that I can learn a great deal about someone (and possibly their models) from
noting what it is that they choose to look at or focus upon.
