Well, I've been doing a little research on the
internet exploring the definitions (yes; plural) of mathematical
convergence, as it refers to infinite sums or products in
a series.
Apparently, there are a million different ways to define this
property and even more ways of applying it, in which case it behaves differently
too. In fact, these different definitions even become contradictory with one
another!
It's confusing as hell! Sheesh! This is why I dislike mathematical
logic!
In any case, I will honor Jamie's request not to take this
discussion further until he can participate, given that he's the most interested
in it so far.
