Hey All,
I just wanted to post in with
something a little more on the lighter side after my edged interaction with John
M. He's a fighter, so I've tried to speak to him in a language that he
knows.
Speaking of fighters, today is our celebration of
Independence. We here in the U.S. have it pretty good. We are almost
as drunk with, as unaware of, our prosperity.
I hope all of you here in the States hug a
neighbor, eat a meal, and set some grass on fire. Maybe let each other
know that although our nation has fallen short on occasion, our experiment in
democracy has brought us a long way. Achieving it and keeping it
has entailed a great many of things.
