Paperback edition of Life, Itself

Hi, I'm new to the list. I've just started reading about Robert Rosen 
and his work.

I was surprised to see that Amazon has a paperback edition of "Life, 
Itself" listed as being available Feb 28, 2005. I had ordered a copy 
from Barnes and Noble a few days earlier, but got a message this morning 
saying that it has been delayed.

Also, the paperback has 404 pages, versus the hardback's 285. Is there 
any additional content?
