TG: I would ask:
* What are the specific observables desired to be modeled?
* What are the specific relations and interactions between these observables
that are desired to be modeled?
Then I would ask:
* What are the entailment relations involved in these relations and
interactions?
Then:
* What set of formalism(s) are adequate to model all the aforementioned?
Then I would ask if the formalism with actors, states, relationships, and
process rules was a member of that set.
