What is your criteria for 'freezing' vs. 'sleeping'?
In my view, the complete cessation of heartbeats while frozen is not
"sleeping":

More importantly, the evidence I was asking for was about your assertion
regarding a difference in the significance of position and velocity between
unicellular and multicellular organisms.
