Everyone,

In the spirit of Tim's desire to keep these posts focused on Rosen's work, 
may I suggest that every post give a quote, a reference or at least a 
specific idea that Rosen has written about as a starting point for the 
thread of discussion.

Rosen wrote on so many topics this should not be much of a limit on the 
subject matter anyone wants to discuss. At least it will make it clearer 
how Rosen's works enter the author's thought process.
