I have only read E.T. Jaynes' paper that appear on the website (see the
Bibliography page):

I've found some of his specific writings useful for specific instances (such
as the Gibbs paradox mentioned in that post you referenced). But I have not
had occasion to read him extensively enough to know his full
philosophy/epistemology, or where he might have written such. He seems like
someone who would have some interesting ideas re philosophy/epistemology,
but I'm afraid I can't offer much help. :(
