A metaphysical remark.
This is how 'English-born' translate vs.
multilinguals, who
can savor (!) the ambiguities of English.
We have - in cases formulate - separate words for the diverse meanings of
an English word marked only as
'applications' (E.g. 'view' as a spectacle, a landscape, a thinking aspect, or a
consideration).
I think 'meta' (translated in your
text into English, as: "over"
can also be represented as "beyond"
- as equivalently translatable from other
languages. Beyond, however, has a different connotation in my understanding of
the language
from over (above?).
So my 'metaphisix' is not (hierarchically
meant) over, but a domain which is not within. And this is what I mean by
it.
On cogito ergo sum, however, I like what
I read lately that in our ongoing parlance and cognition of cognition should
repeat ad infinitum: I think I think I am because I think I think.
