After some off-line discussions and mulling it over, my remark from below:

may unduly imply too much of a 'closed' sense.
I would modify the remark thusly:
"...the list focus tacitly presumes that listmembers
are here to primarily discuss concepts apposite to
the Rosennean paradigm."
where 'apposite' means "strikingly appropriate and relevant"; or
"well-suited and pertinent".
