Re: Fw: GM Food & Feed Not Fit for "Man or Beast"

Howard,
it is too late.
I always have the 'punny' idea that GM = General Motors and
'blaming the auto-pollution' is expressed as our wrath against the one maker
of Buick, Cadillac, etc.

We live in a world and eat food modified by an ignorant century of
industrial crimes: the artificial (chemical) additives to soil and plants
have induced biological modifications ever since sprays, fertilizers,
species-alterations (sugarbeet) have been introduced.
The latest "real GM" is only the crown on the tip of the iceberg.
Allergies, nervous degenerations, - yes, stupidity - are results of our
systematic degradation by food, water- and airpollution,
altering microorganisms and spreading them around, detergents,
etc. etc. It did not stop in our usage, it spread into nature and there is
very little pristine aspect we can find.
Do you think 'humanity', that brought about all our magnificent
advancements, WAS so stupid as the present society is? No, Sir, we GOT so by
a deterioration inflicted by our intrusion into nature. Gaia kicks back.
The present GM is only perfecting the trend with sicknesses we will not even
know about for a decade or more.

Pessimistically yours
John Mikes

PS: then again, without GM etc. increased crops the population of the Earth
cannot be fed - unless substantially reduced.

Russian Roulette without knowing how many barrels are loaded. No, it's
worse. You don't even know how many barrels there are.
