What I was really thinking of is some description about the
"modeling, and models, as reductionistic thinking constructs the topics to handle (observe, study, research)" from the unlimitedly interconnected continuum of the world.
 
The limited, 'cut-off' terms (models) the ongoing 'science' is working with.
 
Do you have something on that - after coffee?
