I think anyone who wants to acquire those books should send emails to the
various addresses that Robin Smith convieniently left on her email to me.
She suggests contacting Customer Service??? That's laughable. Barrage her
and her other "Senior" colleagues with emails and phone calls, and maybe
something will get done. I wish C.U.P. would just drop my father from their
stable. Then I could handle it myself.
