Good points, John.

Sometimes, I think the path leading to an idea is as important as the idea
itself. It would be nice to be able to follow the thread back, without
having to enforce a fixed 'Subject'. Maybe some discussion software out
there has something like that.....where 'Reply' links the thread together
irrespective of the Subject line (maybe using a hidden "thread number" or
something). That way, one could sort by topic or thread.
