Alas, I just spoke with customer service at Columbia Univ. Press and the
7/15 due date for "Life Itself" has expired and they have no updated arrival
information as to when it might come in. When I spoke with them 2 weeks ago,
they did say that there were a quite a few backorders, so the CS person was
surprised that it wasn't on their upcoming production (order filling)
schedule. Apparently someone there knew that they weren't actually coming
in. :(
